With the ever increasing level of personal computer usage in chemistry laboratories Thieme brings you some of the most regularly used information from Spectroscopic Methods in Organic Chemistry in the form of a wallpaper, which can be left on your desktop for reference. The files contain information on chemical shifts of the various solvents that can be used for 1H NMR and generalized information about shifts that occur in the location of H atoms in a NMR spectrum. The wallpaper comes in three formats: If you do not have a monitor with these pixel dimensions the files may appear distorted when used as a wallpaper. In order to use them simply click on the hyperlink, which will open a window containing the image. Once in this window simply right click on the image and select “Set as Wallpaper”. The image should then appear on your desktop. |
